Proposition 12, also known as the Veterans' Bond Act of 2008, would authorize issuance of $900 million in bonds to assist veterans in purchasing farms, homes and mobile home properties.

California Proposition 11, also known as the Voters FIRST Act, would amend the state constitution and establish a 14 member commission to establish state legislative and board of equalization districts. This would of course remove such authority from the elected leaders themselves, where that power currently resides.

Proposition 10, the California Alternative Fuels Initiative, like Prop 7 is focused on alternative fuels. Popular vernacular has labeled Props 7 and 10 as Big Solar and Big Wind, respectively.

Proposition 9, also known as Marsy's Law and/or Nicholas's Law, would alter laws governing victim's rights in California. If it passes, it will amend the California Constitution to provide for additional rights to the families of crime victims while removing certain prisoners’ rights.
